Booking your Tandem Flight After Purchase

After you’ve purchased your flight voucher, you’ll receive an email with a downloadable flight voucher (this can be printed and given as a gift, if you’re gifting a flight to someone else) and your 4 digit order number. Please write your order number on the voucher if you’re giving it to someone else. You’ll/they’ll then have 12 months in which to contact us to get booked in for a flight. All our contact details can be found on our website and on your flight voucher. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us with your chosen dates. We’ll then be in touch 1-2 days before your flight is booked (normally around 7-9pm), after we’ve checked the weather forecast and let you know if/where we will be flying, or whether we need to rebook your flight due to unsafe weather conditions. If you need to cancel your flight, you MUST give us at least 24hr notice (or before 10am the day before your flight is booked) so that we can book others in for your flight time. Failure to do so will lead to having your flight voucher voided.

We fly 7 days a week in summer months. We also fly until sunset, so after work flights can be done during the week.
