To rebook a flight through our automated booking system. Simple add a date we have available to the cart and use your value voucher code where is says ‘Redeem Code’. This will bring the total payable amount to £0 and you’ll be able to book for that date. If you are rescheduling a flight with a value voucher code but have also purchased gopro filming, please just add the flight, NOT the gopro, as we already have that on file.
PLEASE remember paragliding is extremely weather dependant and we will NOT fly if the weather is not safe to do so. In these situations we send you another Value Voucher code to rebook another day. Please remember we are not gods, and cannot control the weather. In the past we have had a number of people act extremely violent towards us because we refused to fly them in stormy (dangerous) conditions. Please remember we have thousands of flight hours EACH and have been flying most of our lives. If your instructor is saying it’s not safe to fly, please don’t argue/threaten them to fly you. The answer will be the same.

From the 1st of July 2023 we have a new booking system. If you have made a booking before then, please contact us to get booked in. You will have a #0000 order number, if you booked after, or have a gift voucher, you can use our automated booking system on the homepage.

(Booked before 1st July 2023)After you’ve purchased your flight voucher, you’ll receive an email with a downloadable flight voucher (this can be printed and given as a gift, if you’re gifting a flight to someone else) and your 4 digit order number. Please write your order number on the voucher if you’re giving it to someone else. You’ll/they’ll then have 12 months in which to contact us to get booked in for a flight. All our contact details can be found on our website and on your flight voucher. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us with your chosen dates. We’ll then be in touch the evening before your flight is booked (normally around 7-9pm), after we’ve checked the weather forecast and let you know if/where we will be flying, or whether we need to rebook your flight due to unsafe weather conditions. If you need to cancel your booking for ANY reason, you MUST give us at least 48hr notice, so that we can book others in for your flight time. Failure to do so, will lead to having your flight voucher voided without a refund. If you do cancel last minute (the day before you are meant to be flying) you will need to pay a £50 cancellation fee to reschedule your flight for another day.

We fly 7 days a week in summer months. We also fly until sunset, so after work flights can be done during the week.
